Cormac assists constituents with a wide variety of queries both local and national. He is available to give advice, witness documents and make representations on a range of issues i.e. medical cards, Government Departmental queries / forms, passports, the HSE, etc. Only copy documents (never originals, unless required) are to be supplied. Cormac engages frequently with community groups, residents' associations, management companies and sports clubs. If you require the assistance of a Peace Commissioner or Notary Public click here. 

If your query is related to planning or a particular site, you should be aware that Cormac is a Designated Public Official and certain discussions about particular lands/planning proposals may be considered lobbying under the Lobbying Act 2015. Prior to your appointment, you should familiarise yourself with your obligations under the Act and take this quick 3 step test.
