"I welcome the announcement by Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council that a new round of grants are now open to apply for, for the various community, business and artistic groups that are active across our County. These grants have enabled many organisations to host and organise various events that the wider community have benefited from. In 2017 alone, there were 399 applications made to the Council and 295 projects were awarded a grant totalling over €520,000. Since 2014, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council has awarded in excess of €2.5m in grants for groups and organisations across our County.
